The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honourable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well. ” Ralph Waldo Emerson
With no boundaries or limitation, the only thing that can make you a diamond from coal is Education and sharing it with others
On this International Literacy Day our students of Prudence school, Dwarka 16B, visited Anganwadi Centre.
The students of Prudence interacted with Anganwadi students on issues where the youth has to work now such as Water conservation, Planting and nurturing green resource (trees). Our enthusiastic students engaged the Anganwadi students in many Team Building activities specially planned by them. Since the theme of International Literacy Day 2019 is *Multilingual learning* , our students shared salutations in English, French, Spanish, German and Sanskrit. The students there were elated to know and learn salutations in different languages. It was indeed an enriching experience.
The district judge, south-west zone Mr Jagmohan interacted with students and shared the need for perseverance, obligation, hard work, optimistic approach building life and contributing for self as well as nation's growth.
The students reflected by pledging to extend their support to the ones in need and contribute towards sensitizing others around them about the significance of the same because they realized that it was our collective duty to cooperate with each other in this pious social work.
So let's pledge on this International literacy day; we learn, we teach, we inspire, to make our future full of knowledge and success.
