To brighten hope for a greener tomorrow, a special assembly on World Nature Conservation Day' was conducted by the students of grade II A at Prudence Dwarka 16B. Celebrated on 28th July across the World, the World Nature Conservation day is designed to raise awareness about protecting our precious nature and natural resources. With problems like deforestation and illegal wildlife trade on the rise, nature conservation or protection has become a very important issue of mankind.
The assembly commenced with the Morning Prayer by the choir group.Thereafter, students spoke about the importance of healthy environment,the foundation for a stable and productive society.
Children displayed many slogans on the theme to ensure the well-being of present and future generations, we must all participate to protect, conserve and manage our natural resources.Serving as a knowledgeable base, this enriching morning assembly was indeed an extraordinary experience for everyone.
The students were able to successfully deliver the message that only if we all work together and conserve nature, can we live happily on the earth.
