ZIIEI (Zero Investment Innovations for Education Initiatives) collaborated with CBSE, is a mass- scale teacher outreach initiative started in 2015 by Sri Aurobindo Society as part of its nation-wide education transformation programme, Rupantar. ZIIEI believes that teachers are the pillars of this nation, and their contribution, if recognized and supported, can bring about a significant improvement in the quality and reach of education.
In order to enlighten teachers, training was organized by CBSE wherein 60 teachers from different schools participated.
Teachers were made aware of various innovative ideas shared by educators. It was an interactive session and volunteers were called to demonstrate various facts about students learning approach. Slides with images, text, and videos were shown to make it more impactful. The most outstanding ideas to improve education quality at zero investment are published in the Innovations Handbooks (Navachar Pustika), which were also provided to all the trainees. ZIIEI link was shared to connect with innovative ideas.
It was a great success as everyone gained many insights and was useful as it allows the freedom to expand and develop ideas that can be incorporated while working with children with different learning styles.
