Project Based Learning culmination on the theme of Food preservation was conducted by grade 5 students.
At the culmination of the project, students demonstrate what they have learned about a product, performance, or presentation.
It also adds to the real-world experience, connecting students with the world beyond the classroom.
Instead of taking a test that asks them to recall information, they are synthesizing ideas and building on what they've learned to create something new.
Mesmerizing charts were an icing on the cake, displaying learning and understanding of Food preservation, a method by which food is kept from spoilage after harvest or slaughter. Advances in packaging materials have played an important role in modern food preservation.
